Please take the time to read this form carefully. The consent you provide will last the lifetime of your child's education at The Friends School.

Fee Payment and Refunds:

A non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs 20000/- per child enrolled is payable at the time of enrolment. There is no fee reduction of tuition for absences due to sickness, vacation, holidays, public school closures or school closures due to extreme bad weather. All tuition payments are due in advance on the 3rd of every month. Rs 250/week late payment fee will be added, post non-payment of fee after 4th. Enrolment suspension will become effective fifteen (15) days after non-payment of the fee.

Holidays:

The school will remain closed on all Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, and for other local holidays declared by the Panchayat/Corporation, as well by the State and Central Governments.

Hours of Operation:

TFS branches operate from Monday to Friday - 9 am to 3:30 pm. In addition, we provide before school care from 8 am to 9 am and after-school care from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, at an extra fee.

Pick-up and Drop-Off Procedures:

Parent/guardian must park their vehicle outside of the school premises and walk their child in/out of the school. The drop area of the school will be the front door of the school and not the main-gate at the entrance. Parents are requested not to carry the child or their bags but to encourage them to walk on their own. In case of school van, the following needs to be followed strictly:

• The child needs to be dropped off and picked up from the drop/pick-up point by the parent/concerning person at the sharp time as per the timetable. A maximum of 3 minutes is the waiting time for the van.
• In case of absence on a particular day, please ensure to call the driver before 7 am in the morning, to avoid inconvenience and for better route planning.

Late Pick-Up Policy:

Any late pick-ups from school need to be informed to school authorities at least 2 hours earlier. Regular late pick-ups are not appreciated.

Medical Needs/Allergies:

TFS is not permitted to administer medication to our students. If your child requires emergency medical treatment whilst he/she is at TFS and we cannot contact you or your emergency contacts, we may have to seek medical treatment for your child on your behalf. Allergy medications may be administered if directed in writing by the child's parent/guardian.

Local Visits:

At TFS, we explore the world around us, within and outside of the campus, which complements our learning at school. I give my consent for my child to leave the pre-school premises in case of study/leisure trips.

Waivers and Informed Consent:

By signing this form, I, as parent/guardian, permit The Friends School to use pictures/videos of my child(ren) as a student of the school in website, promotional materials, literature, social media posts, and in other marketing materials/activities. I understand my child(ren)'s name(s) will not be published.

I, as parent/guardian of my child, hereby assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the school activities at The Friends School venue and transportation to and from the school.
